The household linen (cloths, towels...) is not provided.
The possibility of greeting is 4 people MAXIMUM.
An insurance holiday is required (free extension of the insurance dwelling).
A contract and photographs of the residence chosen, as well as a plan of access are sent at once as of reception of an installment of 30% ; then the reservation becomes effective. The balance is required 30 days before the arrival to the resort. The payment can be carried out by eurocheque or international mandate.The bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
We receive and give you the keys after an inventory carried out jointly. A guarantee of 460
€ Not CASHABLE is required, and restored at the time of the departure, after a new inventory.
it is asked to return the apartment in the state of cleanliness in which
the tenant found it. In the event of no respect of this clause, a " fixed
price cleaning " rising to 50 € will be applied.

The leasing agreement stipulates at least: the descriptive state, the exact situation of housing concerned, duration, conditions of hirings (charges/fournitures included or not), maximum capacity, the inventory, the price, procedures of cancellation. The payment of down payment or installment must be specified on the contract. |
The installment makes the contract final. That which retracts will have to compensate the other part of the caused damage. The down payments allow the cancellation of the reservation by giving up the sum given to the owner. The owner can also cancel by restoring you the sum. |

If the number of accepted people which is mentioned in the contract would be exceeded, the owner and the tenant must get along with friendly taking into account the additional loads imposed by the modification of the occupation. |
If animals, even familiar, are not allowed, their presence can involve the immediate rupture of this contract. |
The inventory of fixtures and furniture, and the various equipment must be made contradictorily at the beginning and the end of the stay by the owner and the tenant. The document will carry the signature of the two parts. |
