"4 seasons" Residence

 DESCRIPTION : 

 One room apartment, pleasantly furnished, located in a small  residence of three floors, near of all conveniences. Possibility 4 beds. No  reserved car-park, but great facility to park itself.

 Area : 45m², 1st floor, elevator, terrace, American kitchen, range hood, furnace, refrigerator, washing-machine, television, "BZ" settee-bed, bed 140/190, coffee machine, table and domestic iron. 

In order to choose your period, we advise you to reserve as soon as possible. 

Plan of access, as well as a duly written contract will be addressed to you as of reception of an installment of 30%, amount corresponding to your reservation.  

Prices range between 245 et 450 € per week, according to the type of apartment and  the selected period. 

We remind to you that animals are not accepted.
